Legacy is a throwback name from our early xBloom days, brought back for a coffee that feels right at home in your daily lineup. This is our own sourced and roasted Peru lot from Cajamarca. Sourced from smallholder farmers, this coffee blends classic Peru varieties and a high elevation cup profile. Washed processing keeps it clear and tidy, so the chocolate notes stay bold and the finish stays sweet. Clean, bold without being harsh, tastes great black, and especially good with milk.
