The Tramontina Double-Burner Grill/Griddle has a large nonstick cooking surface, which conveniently fits across two burners on a conventional cooktop, allowing you to prepare a wide range of recipes. The ridges on the grilling side help to create perfect sear marks on artisan sandwiches, meat, fish or poultry and lift your food, channeling away unwanted oils. The flat side is excellent for whipping up many breakfast dishes, like French toast, eggs, bacon or pancakes and could also be used to warm up hamburger buns or tortillas.
