Our review
This expressive Kenyan is an SL28 separation that is a fantastic follow up to our last release Ruarai! We taste loud red fruits in the form of currants, hibiscus, and a sweet tomato finish. There is a zingy acidity reminding us of rose hips with an overall sparkly structure and high levels of sweetness. Let this coffee cool before tasting! This is a lovely presentation of the Kenyan washed coffee flavor profile. Please let this coffee rest for at least 3+ weeks before brewing!
