These portions of our taste-test-winning Salish Sea Halibut are cut just slightly outside our retail specifications, meaning they’re a bit larger than intended, but every bit as exceptional. Harvested exclusively by Tribal fishers in the Salish Sea, this is the same pristine, decadent halibut you know and love, offered here as part of our commitment to using every fish with care and intention. 6.25–8 oz each
