Our review
FRESH BATCH — David Muñoz and Sightglass have worked together for over a decade—one of our longest and most trusted sourcing relationships in Honduras. This limited-release washed Gesha comes from his Las Flores farm in the Santa Barbara region, where David continues to produce coffees of extraordinary clarity, consistency, and elegance. Last year, a lot from this very farm earned a top-20 placement in Honduras’ Cup of Excellence. When David offered us a portion from that same harvest, we knew immediately it was something special. This release is no exception: vivid and expressive, with notes of cantaloupe, peach, and cardamom, and a delicate floral finish that lingers with orange blossom and jasmine.
