Our review
This coffee is B W's interpretation of a familiar coffee concept, executed with the same ethical sourcing and attentive roasting practices they are known for. Unlike typical dark roasts where the original bean characteristics are often overshadowed by the roasting process, The Traditional maintains a careful balance. With flavor highlights of dark chocolate, deep cherries, and sweet marzipan. We'd like to think this coffee as a bridge between traditional dark roast lovers and the specialty coffee world, showcasing that a dark roast can be both delicious and complex, without losing the unique qualities of the bean.
