Introducing the Panama-Eth47, a unique coffee sourced and cultivated exclusively for us at Corpachi Farm. This rare gem was hand-carried from Costa Rica by our esteemed sourcing partner, Jonathan Vaz Matias (JV), representing a true collaboration of exceptional terroir and meticulous craft. To fully honor this coffee's remarkable complexity, particularly its delicate yet dense bean structure, we have fine-tuned our signature 2021/2022 roast profile. The result in the cup is a vibrant and refined experience. Expect a brilliant opening of star fruit and honeysuckle, leading into a lush, mango-like sweetness, all underpinned by a sparkling, wine-like acidity.
